Shared tenant telephone resale

Property Management call accounting and billing software is a comprehensive telephone services resale system for billing and managing all types of real estate property; including executive suites, rentals, apartments, university student billing, multi-tenant environments, common carrier, and shared tenant offices. Telephone use profit management

Different pricing classes can be established for different groups of users to allow profit management for the casual or even the very heavy telephone user. Discounts can be offered for high volume customers including day time discounts. Billing periods are selectable.

Monthly or staggered cyclical billing periods are easily accommodated and can be set up by group or individual. The page layout of the printed bills can be customized at the time of printing to suit your needs. Text messages can be added on billing runs which request payment by a specific date, or broadcast other important information to users.

Cost and charge of telephone calls can highlight savings, or charges alone can be printed. Through custom interface with the PBX and in-house computer systems, control of telephone usage can be fully automated.

Monthly budgetary allowances for each user's telephone charges are established. Then if during the month budgetary allowances are exceeded, the TelSoft system changes the grade of service of that group and restricts further calling through the PBX until additional budgets are approved. At that time, the grade of service is returned to the normal calling privileges and outbound dialing capability is restored.

Services to be included in the billing are user definable. Any type of product or service can be included. Simply create your own transaction code for that charge, enter the transactions and start billing. You can make as many test billing runs as it takes to get the total just right. After you make the desired adjustments the final billing run is always perfect.
