TelSoft Solutions is a California
based privately held corporation located in the financial district of Glendale, California. Since 1985, TelSoft
has been providing call accounting and billing services to organizations with as few as 100 stations to large multi-location
companies exceeding 60,000 stations. We enjoy meeting the challenges presented by our clients, many of
whom have unique telemanagement needs.
American Owned and RunWe take pride in being an American owned, staffed, and run company. TelSoft does not outsource any of its production, distribution or software development to countries outside the United States.
A Senior Staff of Telecom ExpertsTelSoft maintains a senior staff of experts, each with ten years or more of experience in the area of call accounting
and telecommunications. This expertise is combined with specialization in software development, network technologies,
computer hardware and operating systems, data communications, accounting, and project management. The result is
a team of professionals dedicated to providing call accounting and billing solutions that meet or exceed the exact
needs of each individual customer.
In 1989, having discovered that the expanded use of call accounting systems and the advent of ISDN and other telephony
enhancements were causing users to hit the limits of existing call accounting technology, TelSoft Solutions researched
and developed a new technology to address these problems.
Megabase System
This technology is the MegaBase database system, a revolutionary method of handling specialized databases at unprecedented
speeds both in loading the data and in retrieval of information. Utilizing high data compression and a special
caching technique, stored data is instantly accessible - making MegaCall the fastest call accounting system available
today by about 800%.
We continue to develop new versions and expand our product offerings in order to anticipate and meet the requirements
of our customers and the continuous changes inherent in the telecommunications industry. |
