Announces Integration of Industry Standard Directory Services with the Release of MegaSync for LDAP
New call accounting tool aids

Solutions Inc. today announced the capability to co-ordinate and synchronize its call accounting directory and
setup in a centralized LDAP-based environment with the release of MegaSync for LDAP.
Developed as a module to MegaCall (TelSoft Solutions' ultra-fast call accounting software), MegaSync uses Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to integrate call accounting information into a unified view of telephony exchanges
and directory information such as telephone numbers, email address and mail routing information, HR data, public
security keys, contact lists, etc. Converging these into a single manageable system eliminates redundant data entry
thereby saving costs and time.
"TelSoft Solutions has built itself on the premise that call accounting software should be fast and integrate
easily with the bigger picture," said Don Simons, TelSoft Solutions President/CEO. "MegaSync for LDAP
was developed as a solution to a common telemanagement problem of juggling numerous directories of information,
which cost corporations dearly in administrative overhead, hard-copy printing and compromised security," he
said. MegaSync for LDAP provides an interface between the focal point in the system from which employees get and
read directory information assembled from many different locations and the MegaCall call accounting system. Access
can be controlled depending on who is asking for the data, what data is being asked for, where the data is stored,
and other aspects of the record being modified. This is all done directly through the LDAP directory, so security
checks at the user application levels are unnecessary.
TelSoft Solutions' new MegaSync for LDAP will be a welcome addition for any corporation or business where users
require immediate and flexible access to reports from numerous directories. MegaSync for LDAP can accommodate very
large companies with hundreds of switches or medium sized companies with no LDAP database, which TelSoft can then
provide.
