MegaCall Goes "Live," Call Accounting System Adds Tools for Live Analysis

TelSoft Solutions, Inc. announces a new application for viewing and analyzing call activity in "real time."  Included with MegaCall Release 2.5, this application, called TeleScope™, allows users to display individual, custom configured screens showing various aspects of call information within a second or two after calls have been completed. Users can fill their own screens with any combination of unfiltered raw and processed call detail information, odometer-style peg counters, moving bar graphs, and dynamic bar graphs.

A host of filters can be applied to all display objects so that only information relevant to each user's needs is shown. Users control size, placement, colors, and update frequency among other variables to optimize effectiveness and readability. While the application was designed as a general purpose tool, it is especially valuable in call centers as well as other "live" environments for detecting traffic conditions that might otherwise be too brief to stand out on routine reports. 
TeleScope™ is just a small portion of the MegaCall system; a feature-rich, multi-PBX call accounting package that includes a graphical user interface, LAN connectivity, automated toll fraud analysis, a user-definable report generator, and a high-speed in-memory database manager.
