Billing Implementation Options

Making changes to your Billing System can dramatically affect several important aspects of your business such as income, employee workload, cash flow balancing, customer goodwill, and more. TelSoft Solutions offers several implementation options in order to ensure a smooth transition from your existing billing system to MegaBill. Your answers to the following questions help determine which Installation Option is best for your company:

  • Do you have time concerns that require the new system go up immediately? Are you happy with your existing billing methods and procedures and want it duplicated by MegaBill? (Option 1)
  • Prior to installation, can you comfortably afford the time and personnel required to learn the MegaBill system; reorganize your billing methods and procedures; and make configuration selections? (Option 2)
  • Do you want to restructure your billing methods and procedures to take advantage of MegaBill's numerous capabilities but cannot spare the time or personnel to learn the system? Do you need guidance in choosing options that offer you the most benefits?(Option 3)


Option #1: I Need the New System Installed Yesterday!

Simply respond to the questionnaire provided by TelSoft with configuration forms that specify the methods and procedures that are currently in use within your company. TelSoft technicians will configure MegaBill at our premises, then install the system at your location and assist you in the transition, or cutover. The cutover may be phased depending on the size of your billing operation. You will be trained in the use of the system at this point. Once the system is fully functioning, a technician will train you in the additional MegaBill capabilities and options not yet implemented. Our support team is available to help you make adjustments to the system configuration in order to gain the maximum advantages available from the new features you may wish to enable. Any desired changes to your methods and procedures can be contracted to TelSoft Solutions for implementation.

Option #2: You Customize It

MegaBill is a flexible billing system offering extensive options that you may wish to implement. Some of these options may indicate a need for new methods and procedures to your billing system. This installation method affords you the benefit of fully studying MegaBill and planning the transition in advance.

Your Billing Analyst will receive in-depth training at TelSoft on MegaBill and its many capabilities. Configuration options, billing methods and procedures, and any custom features will be determined within the scope of this training.

The selections made by your analyst form the basis for the configuration of the system. TelSoft will then configure the system to your specifications; install the system at your premises; ensure a smooth cutover; and train any additional personnel on site.

Option #3: Consultation Plus

This installation method is designed for those companies who need assistance in selecting billing methods and procedures and lack the required time and/or personnel to study and determine the most suitable options for your company.

A TelSoft Specialist will come to your site and thoroughly study your company's operation in order to make recommendations for the implementation of MegaBill and any improvements in the billing methods and procedures. The TelSoft consultant will develop the MegaBill configuration and collect on site all the necessary information to configure the system. The information is sent back to the support center, where the system is configured. A TelSoft technician returns to your site with the system; installs it; and trains your personnel so that all appropriate employees can use and maintain the improved system.
