CALL ACCOUNTING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

  • Two years+ of MS-Network, Windows OS (Novell experience will be helpful)
  • Telecommunication experience will be helpful
  • Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must have great communication skill, troubleshooting problems and technical report write-ups.
  • MS-Server Administrator A+ Certification
  • MS-Exchange Administrator
  • Experience in maintaining small office internal Network
  • Minimum HS-Diploma/Technical Vocational training required, college degree will be helpful
Job description:

Main Task Activities:
  • Configure, setup and test Proprietary Call Accounting applications
  • Technical support calls
  • Internal help desks
  • On-call duty after hour services required after training completed
  • Field services and willing to travel
  • Maintain in-house server and MS-Exchange
Additional skills helpful:
  • SQL understanding
  • Crystal Reports

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Job Description:


This position is for a full time in-house marketing professional who can assist TelSoft Solutions to expand through successful software marketing campaigns. Some of the duties included are:
  • Research, design and implement marketing programs appropriate to identified markets - such as telecom consultants, system integrators, corporate customers
  • Write press releases and get them placed with various news services
  • Design or oversee the design and printing of promotional mailings and brochures
  • Book the company for appropriate Trade Shows and handle all preparations
  • Create and place surveyed ads in trade magazines
  • Maintain and update website
  • Search engine optimization for best positioning of website with major search engines
  • Run pay per click campaigns
  • Telemarketing
  • Purchase lists and design mailings for email campaigns to prospects
  • Send out quarterly email campaigns to existing distribution channels
  • Survey existing and potential TelSoft customers for use in effective promotional campaigns

CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have sales experience and contacts within the telecommunications industry and be experienced at calling on and developing relationships at the VP and Director levels. This position will be responsible for development, supervision and administration of our Distribution Network. This position requires good 'long distance' management skills as well as a creative attitude in the development and support of new Distributors. The candidate will be expected to develop and execute Distributor programs.

SALES ENGINEER

Job Description:

This position requires working closely with sales representatives and managers to analyze the customer's technical environment and needs in the field of call accounting. The Sales Engineer will create and present technical information and be capable of hands-on involvement, responding to all technical issues in cooperation with technical support. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills with clear articulation of technical concepts and issues.

SALES REP

Job Description:

Sales Rep will be expected to create and deliver customized sales presentations and do demonstrations of the call accounting products and their benefits. This position is required to cultivate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships. A proven sales success in the telecommunications industry is required as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
