Interface to any PMS
The CallTrac Hotel Billing software provides all call accounting features for Hotel and Motel properties. It
also accommodates long stay Hotels where individuals of groups register for extended periods. It interfaces to
any Hotel/Motel property management system (PMS) and provides reports which will allow you to properly reconcile
the two systems.
Rate engine
Special rating table operation enables calls that have been placed to newly created area and office codes to
be billed, even though they have not yet been programmed into the rate tables. This insures call records are priced
and stored for guest checkout or sent to the property management system (PMS) and billed to a guest folio. Capturing
and storing all call records allows management to oversee both guest and employee phone usage and full trunk usage,
thus allowing the best management of long distance carriers, the number of trunks needed and reconciliation of
phone bills.
Guest Billing
Telephone call profit reports are accurately generated on a real-time basis. Reconciliation of call accounting
records with the property management system saves hundreds of hours. The night audit report matches calls and charges
that have been sent to the PMS. The TelSoft System offers the storage of call records beyond the normal 24 hour
audit period, typically 60 days of calls. It can even generate a guest bill if the property management system is
down for an extended period of time.
Through a modem, the TelSoft diagnostics center has instant access to all the operating capabilities available
in the system. This feature allows for timely updating of software and rate table information. TelSoft technical
support can aid the hotel by accessing their system and allowing both parties to focus on the users screen while
speaking over the telephone.
