Billing system for Law Firms, Architectural Firms, and other Professional Firms
The CallTrac Legal Billing System accommodates account/matter codes and authorization codes specifically for
professional companies such as Legal, Architectural, and Engineering firms. Optional interfaces are available to
connect to any in-house computer billing or accounting systems decreasing the costly need for maintaining both
the call accounting system and in-house billing systems.
This software utilizes the unique TelSoft feature where each station use has a personal list of abbreviated
account code numbers, where a user need only enter a 2-digit number rather than the full account code number. The
software automatically attaches the full account code number to the call. To accommodate those calls made where
the user neglects to enter an account code, an exception report is available in real-time, listing only those calls
without account codes which expedites completion of monthly billing procedures.
