Web enabled call accounting
CallTrac is web enabled call accounting. This means that managers and employees can access reports from
their desktop web browsers by logging in to the system without the assistance of the telecommunications department.
Users access can be restricted by user name and log in. This time saving feature allows executives and employees
to analyze pertinent real-time call accounting data without delay.

Polling Module
Calltrac's polling module retrieves call records from multiple locations using a single centralized system,
eliminating the cost of additional call accounting systems at branch offices or remote locations. Tie Line reconciliation
matches call record data from networked PBX systems and merges these to provide a single call record identifying
the originating station number and pertinent routing information.
Real Time call accounting
Instantaneous call processing enables the isolation and correction of intermittent trunk problems, call misrouting
and phone abuse. Call pricing, indexing, sorting and processing all occur instantly as call records are received.
Corporate cost allocation and billback features are included.
