Easy Installation

The package is easy to install - all a business needs to do is plug in a CDR cable to its key system or PBX, enter some basic system information, and CallTrac Lite does the rest. (Click here to see how CallTrac Lite works) CallTrac Lite users can easily customize, manage, and maintain their own actual phone rates with the product's flat rate table editor. This feature allows a customer to manually adjust and maintain their phone rates and add area codes/prefixes as necessary. In addition to onscreen and printed reports, the system can export report data in ASCII format, which can then be easily imported to applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel.


Convenient

CallTrac Lite also includes the convenience of an automatic report-scheduling feature whereby reports can be set up to run automatically on any user-defined schedule.
