CallTrac Lite will interface to most
Key Systems. The only requirement is that your PBX or Key System will output CDR (call detail records) data through
a cable which connects to your pc. A TelSoft technician will assist you to install CallTrac Lite remotely via modem.
Once your basic information is entered, the system is simple to use and will run itself.
